This notice describes information handling on the Teynear company website, operated by Teynear LLC. It does not describe data handling inside CueTwin or other applications, which require their own product-specific privacy information.

Visiting this website

This website does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, contact forms, or account registration. A transparent logo image is served with the website as a fallback if brand fonts cannot load. The company website uses Google Fonts; your browser sends connection information, including your IP address and browser details, to Google when requesting font files. The interactive product concept runs locally in your browser and does not send its selections to us. The website itself does not set cookies or use browser local storage.

The hosting provider may process connection information such as IP addresses, request details, and browser information to deliver and protect the website.

When you contact us

Email links open your email application. If you write to us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your enquiry and follow up on the matter you raised. Please do not include passwords or payment details.
